Tried and tested by us -
Chilli and garlic pak choi
Ingredients:
Pak choi
2 garlic gloves
1tsp sesame oil
1/2 red chilli - finely sliced
thumb sized piece of ginger
soy sauce
Method:
1) Heat the oil in a pan or a wok if you have one. Add the garlic and chilli and ginger and stir fry for 1-2minutes on a high heat.
2) Add pak choi and soy sauce and then fry for another minute or so until it begins to wilt. Take off the heat and serve. Perfect companion for fish!
